●全自动汽车灯具镀膜设备主要用于汽车灯具表面蒸镀铝反射膜和硅油保护膜，蒸镀灯具材料有PC、ABS、PBT、PP、PC+ABS ASA、PP+GF等。
●功能包括：在登录入口室内一次完成高压离子轰击前处理、镀铝膜和镀二次保护膜等处理。超硬保护膜提高了铝层的抗氧化能力和保持铝层长久的高反射率。所镀汽车灯具反射膜达到了汽车灯具国家标准，通过了耐酸、耐碱、耐盐等试验。
